Located in Çeşme, İzmir, Mamurbaba House consists of two intersecting volumes positioned parallel to the road on a 1,400 m² plot. With a total area of 500 m², the three-storey residence accommodates an extensive program including six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms. The design is shaped by the dual objectives of maximizing the northern sea views while creating privacy within a densely built environment.

A semi-open terrace, formed by dividing and rotating the lower volume, establishes a strong relationship between the pool, olive trees, and shared living spaces. Supported by a hybrid reinforced concrete and steel structural system, the upper floor appears to float above this void. Located at the heart of the house, the dining area connects directly to the kitchen and defines the spatial organization of the residence.

The fluidity created by expansive glazed façades blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, while the contrast of white plaster, black aluminium, and timber finishes creates a calm and refined living atmosphere together with the surrounding greenery.
