The project is organized around two distinct volumes arranged around a central courtyard on a rectangular plot. Pedestrian and vehicular entrances are separated at the northern end of the site, guiding users towards the courtyard through a controlled sequence of terraces and transitional spaces. The living and kitchen block establishes an L-shaped relationship with the second volume, which accommodates relaxation and hobby areas. The courtyard between the two volumes functions as an intermediate space that softens the transition between interior and exterior.

The ground-floor program separates the social spine—comprising the living area, kitchen, and courtyard—from the more introverted wing containing the relaxation and hobby spaces. The pool acts as a horizontal axis connecting these two wings. At its far end, a viewing area is positioned along the edge of the site facing the open horizon, establishing a direct relationship with the landscape.

The volumes are defined by horizontally extended overhangs and timber-clad ceiling surfaces, while glazed façades maintain a continuous visual connection between the interiors, courtyard, and surrounding landscape. Olive trees and natural stone textures balance the harder concrete surfaces within the material palette, allowing the architecture to integrate with its topography and vegetation while creating a calm spatial experience shaped by the interplay of light and shadow.
